Disconnect QuickBooks.
Manage PlaintiffDesk’s access to your company in QuickBooks Online. This page is a guide, not a connection-status screen.
No change happens here
Visiting this page does not disconnect QuickBooks, revoke access, or confirm that a connection has already been removed. Check the app’s status in Intuit to verify it.
Use the QuickBooks company administrator or the account that manages the app connection. Revoking access in Intuit is the way to remove the authorization granted to PlaintiffDesk.
Disconnect in QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to the correct QuickBooks Online company.
- Open Integrations, then Manage integrations.
- Find PlaintiffDesk. Open its Action menu and choose Disconnect. If that option is not in the menu, check the app’s Settings.
- Complete Intuit’s prompts and select Confirm Disconnect.
- Verify in Intuit that PlaintiffDesk no longer has an active connection to that company.
Menu labels can change. Follow Intuit’s current instructions if your screen differs.
What stays in place
Disconnecting does not delete existing records in PlaintiffDesk or QuickBooks, undo prior transactions, or cancel either subscription. Review those items separately with your firm administrator.
Stop submitting new accounting transfers while changing the connection. If you have already disconnected, verify that state in Intuit rather than relying on this page.
Ready to reconnect?
Return to your firm’s Accounting Portal to authorize the correct company again. Review your account and field selections before resuming transfers.
