Privacy Policy
This policy describes how information is handled on the public PlaintiffDesk website.
Last updated August 10, 2026Scope
This policy applies to this public marketing website and its demo-request form. Use of the PlaintiffDesk application may be governed by separate customer agreements, product notices, and firm policies.
Information collected
When you request a demo, you may provide your name, business contact information, organization details, and selected practice areas. Please do not submit client records, case information, privileged material, or other sensitive legal information through the marketing form.
The site stores your display-theme preference in your browser. Hosting, security, and delivery providers may also process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps.
The demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to identify and limit automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical browser, device, network, and interaction signals for that security check; the site receives a short-lived verification token rather than the underlying challenge signals.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, prepare a relevant product demonstration, operate and protect the website, improve the visitor experience, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
When information may be shared
Information may be provided to service providers that support website hosting, security, communications, and business operations; disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights; or transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or similar business transaction.
Retention and choices
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal or operational requirements. A browser-stored theme preference remains on the device until it is cleared.
You may choose not to submit the demo form. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion may be sent to the privacy contact shown below, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
Security and updates
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used where appropriate, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This policy may be updated as the website and its practices change. The revision date below will be updated when material changes are published.

Privacy requests and questions about this policy may be emailed to privacy@plaintiffdesk.com. Please do not include client records, case information, privileged material, or other sensitive legal information in an initial message.
