Document processing makes authorized firm files usable for later search and source-grounded work. It records what can be read, what needs additional attention, and which matter and configured access settings are associated with the file.
- Processing follows the configured firm, matter, and user access associated with the document workflow.
- Confirm specific data use, retention, and model-training terms in the applicable written agreements and service documentation.
- New uploads can be processed so later Jane work can locate and cite relevant material.
