Permissions and confirmation

For supported workflows, Jane can prepare consequential workspace changes for review before the user chooses an available save action.

A practical part of the firm’s workflow.

Supported Jane workflows are designed to separate preparing work from committing it. A proposed action can be shown for review before the user chooses the available next step, and the signed-in user’s permissions still determine whether a confirmed action can proceed.

Staged mutations

Supported writes can remain draft proposals until the interface presents the workflow’s confirmation step.

User-visible payloads

People can inspect the fields, files, dates, or records that would be affected.

Existing permission enforcement

Confirmed actions are intended to use the applicable role and case access controls.

What the team can expect.

  1. Jane prepares the action

The requested change is translated into a reviewable proposal.

  2. The user inspects it

Required details, consequences, and unresolved items remain visible.

  3. An authorized user confirms

The final operation uses the same access rules as the corresponding workspace feature.
